Are you interested in extending your stay or bringing your family?
You are welcome to extend your stay, bring your family, or both (subject to availability). The MacArthur incentive package includes one lead traveler and one guest for four nights, so any costs associated with extra people or nights will be the responsiblity of the traveler; points cannot be used to cover these additional costs.
Extension nights are $640 per room per night (double occupancy), based on availability, which includes the nightly rate, all inclusive package, and taxes/fees. You can include a transfer back to the airport for your return flight for $120 (up to 4 pax). Additional costs for incremental airfare, plus a $25 service fee per person, are not included and will vary based on availability when your registration is received. During registration, choose the extension option and specify the number of extra nights you would like. Travel One will check with the hotel for availability and contact you with the flight options and any additional costs.
If you want to bring additional people to share your hotel room, please be aware that the hotel limits room occupancy to a maximum of three adults, or three adults with one child; no more than four people maximum, regardless of age.
The costs below for adding an additional person to your room include four nights hotel, all-inclusive package, roundtrip airport tranfers, access to the private Welcome Reception, and taxes/fees/gratuities. The cost of airfare and a $25 service fee per person is not included; airfare prices will vary based on airline inventory at the time of ticketing.
