Question:
Answer:
  Can I extend my stay?
You are welcome to extend your stay in either destination, at your own expense, based on availability. The costs to extend at each resort are listed below. If you would like to stay at a different resort, transfers to that resort, back to the airport, hotel costs, and all other costs are your responsibility. Travel One can assist with booking airfare for your extended dates; you will be responsible for any incremental fare from program dates and a $25 service fee per person. During the registration process, you can specify your extension requests. All requests are subject to availability and will not be confirmed until payment is recieved.

Punta Mita
If you would like to extend your stay at Secrets & Dreams Bahia Mita, the cost is $640 per room per night (double occupancy), based on availability. This cost includes the nightly rate, taxes/fees, and transportation back to the airport for your return flight.

Kauai
Extension night costs are determined based on the hotel's live inventory. Travel One will work with the hotel to provide those costs upon receipt of your extension request. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the cost of your transfer back to the airport after your extension and incremental airfare incurred by flying home at a later date, plus a $25 service fee per person. During registration, check the Extension Requests box noting your intent to extend on Kauai, or on a different island. Travel One will contact you after registration for additional information.

Question:
Answer:
I only qualified for one trip/couple, but would like to purchase another package to bring another couple. Is that possible?
If you would like to purchase an additional room in Punta Mita or Kauai, you will need to wait until registration has closed and all qualified customers have been allotted their room. Contact Travel One via email at incentives@traveloneinc.com or phone at 952-278-1100 at any time prior to registration closing to add your name to the waitlist to be notified if any rooms remain. Question:
Answer:
What identification do I need to board my flight?
Punta Mita
All travelers to Punta Mita, Mexico, regardless of age, are required to have a passport valid for 6 months past their date of return. If you do not have a passport or yours expires before August 10, 2023, please apply/renew as soon as possible. It can take 11 weeks (or longer) to get new passports, so we recommend you do this soon. Visit the U.S. Department of State website for more information and to get forms. Passport cards and enhanced drivers licenses are NOT valid for air travel into Mexico.

Kauai
If you are traveling to Kauai, you will be on a domestic flight, so a passport is not required. All adults over the age of 18 are required to show a government issued photo ID, such as a drivers license or a passport. A REAL ID is not required until May 3, 2023. Click here to visit the TSA website to see a list of valid identification options.

Question:
Answer:
What if my passport will expire before, or shortly after, the Punta Mita travel dates?
A passport is only required for the Punta Mita trip, not for the Kauai trip. If your passport expires before August 10, 2023, you need to renew it or apply for a new one as soon as possible. Your passport must be valid for 6 months past your return date to the U.S. Visit the
U.S. Department of State website for more information and to get forms. Based on current information, it is taking 8-11 weeks for routine service and 5-7 weeks for expedited service (which is an additional cost).

A passport card or enhanced drivers license is NOT acceptable for air travel to Mexico; you must have a passport book.

Question:
Answer:
When will I know my flight itinerary?
Travel One will begin issuing tickets in October, and will reach out to you via email with your flights. You will have until 3:00 pm Central Time the following business day to respond with questions or changes, otherwise your flights will be ticketed. Any changes after ticketing may result in additional costs.

Remember to check your spam or junk folders for these emails. We recommend adding incentives@traveloneinc.com and macarthur@traveloneinc.com to your 'safe senders' list within your email so that you don't miss this email, or any other important travel information.

Question:
Answer:
Will I have seat assignments on my flights?
We will do our best to secure seat assignments based on your requests, however, many carriers hold seats for airport check-in or reserve premium/preferred seating for an extra cost. Early check-in is your best course of action to try to obtain a more desirable seat if one is available at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by airline restrictions.

If you are ticketed on a group block of flights, your itinerary may arrive in your inbox without seat assignments listed. Rest assured that the air team is working on assigning seats with the airline, which happens after ticketing.

Question:
Answer:
What if my ticket was issued with the wrong name or I need to send someone else in my place?
Any change to the name on an airline ticket will be by request only and is subject to the airline's rules and restrictions. If a name change or correction is allowed, you may be responsible for additional costs such as airline administration fees, fare difference of the new ticket cost, and a Travel One service fee.

Question:
Answer:
How many bags can I check or carry on with me?
Since luggage allowances are different for each airline and can change without notice, you will need to check your airline's website for up-to-date information.

Question:
Answer:
When will I receive my final travel documents?
Your final travel documents will be sent via USPS to the Lead Traveler's mailing address entered during registration. These documents will be sent approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your scheduled program departure date.

Question:
Answer:
What activities can I purchase in the Punta Mita area?
There are a wide range of activities and entertainment available. Travel One and our local partner, Amstar, will be offering you some activity options once registration has closed. These activities will be within 30-45 minutes of the resort (some even closer) and could be private with only MacArthur guests if there is enough interest.

You can book activities on-site at Secrets & Dreams Bahia Mita; availability is not guaranteed.
